Any cut of beef from Rocking M is going to be stunning, however the bone in ribeye is just *chef’s kiss*. Sharon and her team continue to provide such a unique and harmonious environment where the focus to animal health can be tasted at the table. I highly recommend choosing your favorite cut and trying it yourself. I personally can’t wait to have more!

We purchased a few cuts. The Ribeye's bone-in were the first on our to Grill list. They grilled up very nicely. Plenty of moisture in the meat as we grilled, it smelled and sounded amazing as they sizzled to perfection.
When we took our fist bites we realized these Ribeye's were in a taste and quality class all alone. So tender with "Such Rich full flavor". Which is not in store bought or even high quality restaurant meals.

We don’t usually find ourselves talking about our food at a meal to this length. I am pretty sure I have never left a review before either.

You need to Give these meat products a try.
