Where Your Beef Comes From
Since 2006, Charles and Sharon Miller have tended this stretch of South Texas the slow way — restoring water to the land, life to the soil, and health to the herd that grazes it. Our cattle spend their whole lives on pasture, moving with the seasons the way herds always have.
What lands on your table is the outcome of that care: beef with clean, honest flavor, raised without shortcuts, from a family that believes healing the land and feeding people are the same work.

How Your Box Arrives
Your cuts are pulled frozen from the ranch freezer, vacuum-sealed and labeled, and packed by hand with dry ice in an insulated box.
Boxes ship early in the week so they never sit over a weekend, and arrive frozen or refrigerator-cold at your door.
Everything arrives ready for the freezer. Thaw what you need, when you need it — the box feeds a family for weeks.
